A joint effort between Financial Services, Human Resources, and the ICTS Business Systems Support Team has resulted in the introduction of a new online employee self-service system known as ‘MyPay’.
MyPay allows employees to access their own pay and leave details. Your latest payslip and historic payslips can be viewed online and can be printed from your web browser. You can also view a leave calendar showing your leave history, and view your current leave balances.
Please read Getting Started with MyPay for more details about the system. There are some important points about security and payslip printing that you should be aware of. Also note that this week will see the final print run of payslips in their current format. After this you will be expected to print your own should you require a printed copy. There are a few exceptions to this where Financial Services will continue to provide a printed payslip.
If you have any questions after reading the information at the above link, please contact Human Resources staff who are within your College or advising your Service Unit. The Financial Services payroll team will continue to assist with inquiries relating to pay details and leave balances.
The MyPay system can be accessed here using your network username and password.
