All fixed term staff who are employed on the above agreements on fixed term contracts of more than 12 months are also considered under this system.
This process involves a personal review of every General Staff member covered by the process, carried out by their line manager. Staff contributions may be rewarded through salary progression and/or bonus payments.
Detailed information is available on the Intranet site; GSRR. This includes a step-by-step map of the process, an outline of the responsibilities of each role, a timeline for actions and details of the criteria. It is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the process.
Training will be available for all line managers and a member of the HR team will be in contact shortly to arrange this.
